In this video you will learn How to Dance a Samba Carnaval Fitness Dance. This is not like most of ballroom style dances, but more of the folkloric way to dance samba from Brazil.
As you can see online, there are may video out there of samba carnival and how you would experience this if you went to Brazil during their carnaval time. This is in February every year and it is an amazing site and experience to see with you own eyes.
The time stamp to start dancing in this song is 00:22 and it goes until 02:32. You will start with side Batucada slowly until time stamp 00:22. You will dance at the speed of the song until the time stamp 01:12 where you will hear a percussion of tat…tat tat. This will indicate that you will then march in place and then start slowly the forward and back Batucada. On 01:23 you will dance the step at the speed of the music. Follow along all the steps in the video above and you will see how it will change.
